Terms and Conditions

1.1 Customers can place an order on our online store by selecting the desired products and filling out the order form. Placing an order requires the customer to accept these order and agreement terms.

1.2 Our online store offers free shipping for orders over €200, except for products with additional freight charges. Additional freight applies to heavy and large products. The extra shipping fee will appear on the checkout page if such a product is added to the cart.

2.1 Our online store delivers some products from its own warehouse and some by direct delivery from the wholesaler’s warehouse if the product is only available there. Products shipped directly are sent from the wholesaler’s warehouse in Finland or Sweden, depending on which branch has the items in stock. This does not have a significant impact on delivery time. Delivery times are determined by the selected delivery method and product availability. The delivery time provided on the product page may be extended if the wholesaler's stock availability changes during your order.

3.1 Customers have the right to return ordered products within 14 days of receiving them. We charge a return fee of €8.90 for returns.

3.2 The postage and handling fee for returns (€8.90) will automatically be deducted from the final refund amount.

3.3 To make a return, customers must first contact us by email in writing and notify us of the return.

3.4 Returned products must be packed in their original packaging and be in resalable condition.

3.5 Exception for products with special delivery and additional freight: Heavy and bulky items with extra shipping fees are always binding orders, and the customer (buyer) is responsible for any return shipping costs.

4.1 Returned items will not be accepted if they have been used or damaged by the customer.

4.2 After the return is accepted, the price of the product will be refunded according to the payment method used by the customer.

5.1 The online store is not responsible for any defects or damage to products that occur during transportation.

5.2 The online store is not responsible for any delivery delays due to the availability of products at the wholesaler’s warehouse.

6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:

6.1 These terms and any disputes or disagreements related to them shall be governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
